Tabatha Malley

Executive Director

Tabatha serves as the Executive Director and is a licensed Alabama Administrator, Cat II. With more than 15 years of experience in geriatrics, she began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant in long-term care and became a Certified Dementia Practitioner in 2017. In 2021, Tabatha expanded her path into Assisted Living, where she continues to advocate for resident-centered care.

Her dedication to senior care was inspired at a young age through personal experience caring for her grandmother, shaping her lifelong commitment to resident-centered care built on dignity, understanding, and genuine connection. Tabatha is passionate about serving residents, their families, and her own family, including her four adult children.

Kristy Fleming

Resident Services Director

Kristy brings more than 15 years of healthcare experience and is a compassionate, dedicated professional committed to serving others. She began her career as a CNA and has worked in both long-term care and assisted living, where she built strong relationships with residents while providing meaningful, quality care. Kristy’s passion for her residents and her work shines through everything she does.

She has been happily married to her supportive husband for 21 years and values the encouragement and support he provides as she continues to follow her passion for senior care.

Kaitlyn Malley

Admissions Director

Kaitlyn has worked in senior living for six years and began her career at our Huntsville location, serving as a Resident Assistant. Her hands-on experience caring for residents shaped her passion for serving seniors and their families, leading her into her current role as Admissions Director. Helping seniors find a place where they feel safe, supported, and truly at home is what motivates her each day.

Outside of work, she enjoys shopping and spending time with her family and friends.
